This website should help you visualising, searching and sharing results produced with the BBRIC Protocols but not only.
We can manage files about structural annotation (using GFF3 format), mapping results (using BAM and VCF formats) but also specific BBRIC file formats such as the one produced by the Expression Measure protocol.
